Conversation Sharing, GCP Impersonation, and RCA Parity
The September 2026 weekly v2026.9.7 Aiden release restores conversation sharing, adds GCP service account impersonation for migrations from Aiden 1.0, and brings plan-mode investigations up to the same RCA depth as simple mode. Runbook SOPs uploaded through Terraform show up in Knowledge Hub again.

What's New
Share Conversations
You can share a conversation again, the same way teams did in Aiden 1.0.
Create a share link from a chat to send a read-only transcript within or outside your workspace or organization. Shared views show user and assistant messages. They do not expose tool calls, costs, artifacts, or internal metadata. Tenant-scoped links require a signed-in viewer in the same organization. Global share links can be opened without signing in.
See Aiden Chat.
GCP Service Account Impersonation
Previously, migrating a GCP integration from Aiden 1.0 to 2.0 required a service account key (JSON) that 1.0 never stored. Now, you can connect with service account impersonation using the project ID and service account email, so 1.0-style configurations work without uploading a key file.
What's Enhanced
RCA Parity for Plan Investigate
Previously, investigating the same alert in plan mode could return a thin chat prompt, skip retained logs, and close as undetermined, while simple mode produced a full investigate stage card and a stronger RCA. Now, plan and simple keep the same investigate input, Ask-pinned execution mode carries through workflow stages, and retained-log skills run in both modes so RCA depth matches.

What's Fixed
Terraform Runbook SOPs Missing from Knowledge Hub
Previously, Runbook SOPs uploaded into Aiden via Terraform did not appear in Knowledge Hub even though the data type was accepted. Now, those Runbook SOPs show in the Default Knowledge Hub.
