Aiden for DevOps

Availability

Aiden for DevOps is an MVP first release. Connect at least one issue tracker (Linear, Jira, or ServiceNow). Validate workflow matching and inbox behavior in a non-production workspace before you rely on it for production work. Contact support@stackgen.com or your Customer Service Manager for enablement and guidance.

Aiden for DevOps ingests infrastructure and platform tickets into a Requests Inbox, triages each request against workspace workflows, and waits for you to approve and execute. Open it from the app rail by selecting Aiden DevOps.

Enable or disable the DevOps app in Workspace Settings → Apps.

How ticket intake works

1. Connect a tracker under Integrations (Linear, Jira, or ServiceNow).
2. Optionally set inbox filters on Integrations or in Configure Inbox.
3. Matching tickets appear in the Requests Inbox.
4. Aiden triages each request against workspace workflows (using workflow descriptions).
5. Review triage, choose or describe a workflow, then Approve & execute.
6. Use chat on the request (or New Conversation) for clarification without running work.

Where to start

• New Conversation
  Ask Aiden a DevOps question in natural language and let it route to a workflow or agent.

• Conversation History
  Search, star, and reopen past DevOps conversations.

• Requests Inbox
  Triage tickets, configure inbox filters, approve workflows, and chat about a request.

• Workflows
  Browse workflows matched to inbox requests and open them for edit.

• Integrations
  Connect Linear, Jira, ServiceNow, or optional StackGen for ticket intake.
