Organization Members

Members

Organization-wide members and workspace access.

Open Settings → Organization Settings → Members.

Available for roles: Admin

Scope: Organization

Catalog

  1. Search members by name or email.
  2. Filter by organization role (All roles, Admin, User) and status (All members, or pending vs active).
  3. Table columns: Member, Email, Organization role, Workspaces, and Actions.

Pending invites show a pending badge until the person accepts.

Invite members

  1. Click Invite members.
  2. The dialog title is Invite members to Organization: Send invitations to join your organization.
  3. Fill the form:

  1. Enter one or more emails in the textarea (one address per line).
  2. Choose an Organization role:
    • Admin: Create workspaces, organization-level integrations, and invite users. Admins get access to every workspace, so Add to workspaces is hidden.
    • User: Can join workspaces and cannot open organization settings.
  3. For a User invite, use Add to workspaces to pick workspaces. Invitees get the Workspace users role in those workspaces (changeable later in workspace settings). On Community Edition, at least one workspace is required for User invites.
  4. Click Invite to send, or Cancel / Close to discard.

Manage an existing member

From the row Actions menu:

Remove memberActive member (when allowed)Opens Remove member? Confirm to remove them from the organization and every workspace they can access. This cannot be undone.

Revoke invitationPending inviteCancels the pending invite.

You cannot change or remove your own membership from this screen.
