Manage your organization profile and license information.

Open Settings → Organization Settings → General.

Available for roles: Admin

Scope: Organization

Basic details

Field	Description
Organization name	Display name for the organization (read-only in this view)
Admin email	Email of the signed-in organization admin

License information

Organization ID is the tenant identifier used for support and license requests.

1. Find Organization ID under License information.
2. Click the copy control (aria-label Copy organization ID) next to the field.
3. A Copied tooltip confirms the value is on the clipboard.

Preferences

Defaults for how Aiden responds across this organization:

1. Open the Preferences section on General.
2. Under Rich UI preferences, choose how Aiden renders investigations and other structured answers:
   • Rich UI: Status tiles, callouts, and runbook matches.
   • Plain markdown: Core chat renderer with lower latency.
3. Choose Rich UI or Plain markdown. The selection saves as the organization default. The footer notes that it applies to every workspace unless a workspace overrides it.
