Notification channels

Notification channels are reusable delivery targets for schedule and webhook run notifications.

Open Workspace Settings → Connections → Notification channels.

Available for roles: Admin Workspace Admin

Scope: Workspace

Create a channel

1. Click Create channel (or the empty-state prompt to add email or Slack).
2. The dialog title is New notification channel: Reusable delivery target for schedule and webhook run notifications.

Email channel

1. Select Email.
2. Enter the Name.
3. Type each recipient address and click Add (or press Enter). Remove a chip with its × control.
4. Click Create channel, or Cancel to discard.

Slack channel

1. Select Slack.
2. Enter the Name.
3. Optionally set Slack scope for routing, or leave blank for the default scope.
4. Click Create channel.

After the channel exists, select it under Notification channels when creating or editing an automation.
