Knowledge Hub

Knowledge Hub

The Knowledge Hub stores organization, infrastructure, and application context that agents and conversations can use. Every workspace includes a Default Hub that is shared by every agent and conversation. You can add content there or create additional hubs.

Open Workspace Settings → Knowledge and memory → Knowledge Hub.

Available for roles: Admin Workspace Admin

Scope: Workspace

What you see

  • Hub switcher (for example Default Hub)
  • Counts for Docs, Sources, Runbooks, and related content
  • Filters by status and content type
  • Add content menu
  • Search across documents

Add content

  1. Click Add content.
  2. Choose one of:

  4. Confirm the upload and wait for indexing to finish.

Add text

  1. Select Add text.
  2. Enter a title, for example Docs capture on-call notes.
  3. Paste or write body content agents should reuse.
  4. Save to the current hub.
