Reflections are agent-suggested knowledge updates. Review them before they are written to the Knowledge Hub.

Open Workspace Settings → Knowledge and memory → Reflections.

Available for roles: Admin Workspace Admin

Filter recommendations by status:

You can also filter by type, target, and confidence, and search recommendations.

Configure reflection behavior for the workspace
Create, Edit, Approve, Reject, or Defer individual recommendations

Use Reflections to keep the Knowledge Hub accurate without letting agents write unverified updates directly.
