LLM Providers

Manage the LLM providers and models available to agents in this workspace.

Open Workspace Settings → Connections → LLM Providers.

Available for roles: Admin Workspace Admin

Scope: Workspace

Catalog

1. Click New provider and choose a type (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock).
2. Search providers and filter by type.
3. Table columns: Provider, Type, Models, and Created.

Add a provider

1. Click New provider and select a type, for example OpenAI.
2. The wizard title is Add OpenAI (or the type you picked). Steps: Credentials, then Models.

Step 1. Credentials

Connect this provider with an API key from Vault.

Field	Required	Example
Provider name	Yes	docs-capture-openai (placeholder example: openai-prod)
API key / Vault secret	Yes	Select an existing Vault secret, or create one with a placeholder key for docs capture only

1. Enter a unique provider name.
2. Choose an existing Vault secret or add a new API key for that provider.
3. Complete any provider-specific fields shown for that type (for example Bedrock auth method).
4. Click Continue to create the provider and move to models.

Step 2. Models

Choose which models to register for this provider.

1. Select one or more models to register (at least one).
2. Click Continue / finish to save, or close to stop after credentials if you already created the provider.

Agent model selections on the Agents page come from providers configured here. Organization-wide defaults may also appear under Organization LLM Providers.
