Approvals
Approvals (shown as Action Required in the product) collects approvals and clarifications across agents when human authorization is needed.
Open Workspace Settings → Governance → Approvals.

- Approvals: items waiting for authorization
- Clarifications: questions agents need answered before continuing
When the queue is empty, the page shows that there are no pending approvals. Items appear when agents need human authorization, based on your Policies. Outcomes are visible in Audit Logs.
