Reliability

Reliability is where Aiden does its core SRE work. It discovers the entities across your observability stack and feeds them into its knowledge base, automates alert triage to reduce noise, and runs investigations so your team can move from signal to resolution faster.

The reliability workflow has these parts:

• Discovery
  Identifies entities across your observability stack (telemetry, databases, data sources, Kubernetes, and cloud) and adds them to Aiden's knowledge base for context.

• Alert Automation
  Triages alerts from connected integrations, reduces noise, and automates investigation across your workspace.

• Investigations
  Review investigations Aiden has already run, continue an existing thread, or start a new line of analysis.

• Infrastructure
  Infrastructure reliability views are coming soon.
