Community Edition

Aiden for SRE Community Edition is a free account. You can create it without a sales call, a proof-of-concept agreement, or a trial countdown. Sign in at ai.stackgen.com/app/sre with GitHub or Google.

A new account opens in sandbox mode. StackGen hosts a Grafana instance with pre-loaded demo data, so you can review alerts and run an investigation before you connect your own systems. The page banner says: "You're in Sandbox mode with pre-loaded demo data. Integrate your infrastructure and let Aiden investigate real issues." Integrate now opens the credentials flow for a Grafana or Datadog instance.

Send an alert to Aiden with a webhook. Aiden reads metrics, logs, and topology from the connected source, then writes an investigation with the services affected and a recommended fix. You can route that result to Slack or PagerDuty. With GitHub and Kubernetes connected, Aiden can open a remediation pull request. After that pull request is approved, Aiden can apply the change in the cluster.

The workspace is shared. You can invite one other person. Both of you see alerts, investigation threads, and discovery results. Discovery can run on a schedule and report entities, infrastructure, and SRE practice recommendations.

SSO, audit logs, advanced role-based access, and dedicated support are on paid Aiden for SRE plans. Contact sales@stackgen.com.

Limitations

These limits apply to a Community Edition tenant. Each one is a hard cap. A monthly or daily limit resets when that period ends. A lifetime limit does not reset.
