New Conversation

Use New Conversation in the Aiden DevOps sidebar when you want to ask Aiden a DevOps question outside a specific inbox ticket.

Open Aiden DevOps -> New Conversation.

Available for roles: Admin Workspace Admin Workspace User

Scope: Workspace

Start a conversation

1. Click New Conversation.
2. In the message field, describe the task (placeholder: How can I help you today?).
3. Click Send message when the control is enabled.

Aiden routes the request to the right workflow or agent for the workspace.

To continue a past thread instead, open Conversation History. To work from an ingested ticket, use the Requests Inbox.
